The hiring is usually on a weekly base. The check in (from 16:00 o´clock)or check out (until 10:00 o´clock) is Saturday if nothing else is arranged. Before your arriving I recommend to call me up and tell me the exact time you will be here .So you can be sure that your home is, depending on the season, well ventilated or heated. The exclusive and partly antique furnishings of the apartments, and especially by request of my regular customers, I must advice that pets are not allowed. I beg for your comprehension. In the colder season there is a lump sum to pay for heating which is 50€ per week. The booking confirmation I will send to you immediatlely after receiving your payment on account wich is 50% of the rent. The rest and a deposit ( App.Villa 250 € + App. Village 150 € ) has to be paid at arrival. In case of a reversal within 4 weeks before arrival the payment on account will not be refound if the app. is not rent otherwise. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
